When DynaScape Design opens for the first time, the Drawing Window opens to a DynaScape Design prototype with a white background and instructions explaining how to open a new drawing. Close this drawing by selecting the pull-down menu File | Close All. You do not need to save this drawing. In the future when you open DynaScape Design, the last drawing(s) that you were working on will be displayed to you. Many menus and features of the program are not accessible (and will look dim or gray) when there are no drawings open in the Drawing Window. To access all the features examined in the pages that follow, we need to open a prototype drawing.
