If you are using Manage360 the best way to organize a quote is to separate items into work areas or phases. Design has a tool called Group Labels into Work Areas for Quotation that allows you to select labels to be grouped into a work area or work phase. This tool is found under the Related Tasks heading in the DynaScape sidebar folder:
